Overall, I had a really disappointing experience at the hotel. While the lobby was stunning and some staff provided excellent service, the dining options and room conditions were far from what I expected from a luxury hotel. The beach felt over-crowded and impersonal, which also detracted from the experience. The dining choices were lackluster and did not meet the standards of a five-star establishment.

I spent 11 nights at Marsa Malaz Kempinski, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful area with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful, but we did face some confusion regarding child accommodations. The rooms were spacious and modern, which added to our comfort. The only downside was the unexpected charge for a bed and the dining confusion about my daughter's meals. But despite these issues, we had a wonderful time.
